The majority of restaurants in Gudauri offer traditional Georgian cuisine with all its peculiarities. Georgian cuisine is very diverse, full of dishes unique to the region. The most common ingredients of Georgian dishes are meat and cheese. Some of the special dishes and food of Kazbegi region include Khabizgina (baked bread stuffed with cheese and potato) and Khinkali (a boiled dumpling made with ground pork and beef).
